Both. Contractors, cabinet shops and countertop companies use us as their design desk. Homeowners come to us to plan a remodel before getting quotes, and we coordinate with the contractor they choose.
What do I receive?
A layout drawn from real measurements, 3D renderings of the space, and a specification of cabinets, countertops and main selections that an installer can quote and order from.
Can you design from my measurements?
Yes. Most projects start from the installer's or homeowner's measurements and photos. Final measurements are always confirmed on site before anything is ordered.
Do you design commercial spaces?
No. Our design work is residential: kitchens, bathrooms, laundry rooms and built-ins.
How is design priced?
Per project, based on the size of the space and the number of revisions. We quote after a short call and a look at your photos and measurements.
