About L3
The person behind the process.
L3 Digital Services is led by Cyntia Pereira from Lakewood Ranch. She runs the office side of construction and renovation companies: estimates, contracts, vendor orders, scheduling, client communication and project files.
Her specialty is internal process. She organizes how a company works from the inside, with sales checklists, document templates, project portals and clear handoffs between sales, measuring and installation, so every job follows the same steps and nothing depends on memory.
She works in English and Portuguese and holds a Florida notary commission with remote online authorization.

Questions
What does a contractor back office do?
We handle the work around the job: answering new leads, scheduling site visits, preparing estimates from your price list, sending contracts and invoices, following up on payments and preparing permit and HOA paperwork. You measure, approve prices and build.
Do you sell or sign contracts for me?
No. Every estimate uses your pricing and goes out under your business name. You approve the price, and your client signs with your company. We keep the process moving so nothing sits unanswered.
Can you notarize my clients' construction documents?
Yes. We are a Florida-commissioned Notary Public and Remote Online Notary, so documents such as a Notice of Commencement or a permit owner's affidavit can be notarized in person or online without sending your client anywhere.
